What are your opening times? (Garden Centre)
During January and February, we are usually open 10am till 4:30pm throughout the week as this is our quietest period. During the rest of the year, we are open Monday to Saturday 9am till 5:30pm, and Sundays 10am till 4pm. We reserve the right to close early without notice during quieter periods.
What are your opening times? (Café)
During January and February, our café is open 10am till 3pm throughout the week as this is our quietest period. During the rest of the year, the café is open Monday to Saturday 9am till 4:30pm, with hot food served till 3:30pm. On Sundays, the café is open 10am till 3:30pm, with hot food served till 3pm.
I am planning to visit with a disabled relative. What facilities do you provide for less able customers?
We conform to government guidelines in relation to disabled access. We provide disabled parking spaces, access and toilet facilities. Our garden centre is all on one level. Our friendly staff are always available to help, and we do have some wheelchairs available. Please note that these are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
Can I use your gift vouchers in the café?
Yes, our gift vouchers can be used to pay for items in our café.
Are dogs allowed in the garden centre?
Well behaved dogs are welcome in our garden centre. We have a dining area within our café that is available for those with dogs, and we also have limited outdoor bench seating close to our outdoor play area that can be used by everybody, which is especially lovely during the summer season.
When do you start stocking Christmas items?
We typically start stocking for Christmas from mid-September to October. We are a small family run business, so it does take a couple of months for our displays to come together. Follow our Facebook page to receive notifications.

I want to place an online order. How long can I expect delivery to be?
For all orders that are within 15 miles of the garden centre (CV7 9LH), we will deliver your order ourselves. We deliver locally every Wednesday unless stated otherwise, and we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange delivery.
For orders outside of our local delivery radius, we use PGS Global Logistics for our garden furniture orders. They will normally deliver your order within 3-5 working days and will contact you to arrange delivery.
For all other website orders, we use Royal Mail. They will normally deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
For all website orders, you will receive tracking details either from ourselves or our chosen delivery service via SMS message or email.
