Supremo always use the highest quality materials, and although little maintenance is required, Supremo do provide some maintenance advice that will give your pergolas an even longer lifespan.

To retain the quality and to ensure your louvres blades continue to operate correctly, the exposed surfaces should be regularly maintained. The frequency of the maintenance depends on the environment where the pergola is located. Cleaning the aluminium is extremely easy; it should be simply washed using a soft, damp sponge, possibly socked with a non-abrasive, waterbased, cleaning agent (NOT ammonia and chlorinated based products such as bleach). Abrasives and aggressive substances are NOT PERMITTED.

Never dry the textilene curtains to avoid scratches and pulls on the surface. Allow to naturally dry if wet. It is strongly advised not to retract curtains after long heat exposure, instead allow to cool beforehand.

In addition to general cleaning maintenance, Supremo advise to check the seals and fittings regularly. If loosened, tighten the desired amount to ensure it’s structure. Any damaged parts must be replaced immediately. In the event your pergola experiences damage due defect and/or incorrect parts, your warranty may become void.
